Foundational Integrity Rules
Click-based upvotes are trivial to game using script bots and voting rings. RankSight contains zero anonymous "like" or "upvote" buttons.
Rankings cannot be purchased, rented, or boosted through advertising payments. The leaderboard is 100% merit-based.
Signals require public intent on 𝕏. Real individuals staking their public reputation to endorse tools they genuinely use and value.

The RankScore Formula
RankScore is a single deterministic floating-point value computed from five distinct components:
When a user shares a project on 𝕏, our verification worker confirms the post against Twitter's public API, checks the embedded intent token, and extracts the unique tweet ID. Each valid share contributes 15 raw ranking points.
To reward wide organic reach over repeated posting, every distinct user who shares a project contributes an additional +10 points. 10 shares from 10 distinct people score significantly higher than 10 shares from a single account.
Signals decay gradually using the formula Decay = 1 / (1 + AgeInDays × 0.05):

Measures 7-day and 30-day signal acceleration. Highlights breakout releases gaining rapid public attention.
Ranked strictly by the raw count of verified public shares generated across the community.
Projects submitted within the last 30 days that have demonstrated exceptional initial traction.
Anti-Abuse & Manipulation Safeguards
To protect ranking integrity, RankSight continuously monitors signal telemetry with automated safeguards:
Sliding-window rate limits block coordinated script requests without storing raw IP logs.
Unique post identifiers ensure the exact same tweet cannot be credited multiple times.
Abnormal spikes from new disposable accounts are algorithmically dampened to preserve signal purity.
